Photographer’s Note
From the top of the Sumida-gawa Waterbus making its way to Odaiba, the most striking thing that you see is the Fuji TV Building.
The giant sphere is insane and incredible. Quite how the architect got away with it is anyone's guess. Fuji TV must have wanted something very striking as part of their Odaiba offices - and they got it!
In front of the Fuji TV Building is Aqua City, my first port of call once I arrived on Odaiba.
Aqua City is a huge shopping complex, one of many on Odaiba. There was a lot of restaurants in the building, selling many different cuisines. There was also a Coke shop, a Pocky shop, book shops, a Toys 'R' Us and a HMV. Something for everyone, then.
