Yeah, you don't see stars in Tokyo much. I like this shot but I think it would be better to zoom up on the skyscrapers.

I like pictures one can scrutinize for long time. The exposition is excellent. The building on the right with its perspective leads to the skyscrapers. Well done!

I really like it. There is a melancolic atmosphere in your picture. My feeling moves from sadness to joy while my eyes goes from a light area to a dark one.

This is a great slice of Tokyo. The eye moves from the quiet lamp lit lane, passed the aparto building, to houses and off to the tall buildings in the distance.
Your composition is very good (though a slight left crop might help), and your camera has done a good job of balancing the exposure.
