The history of women's football of Japan starts from the 1960s to the 70s. When the woman who carries out a soccer game to this time begins to be seen little by little and the team came to be soon formed all over the country, the game by the small-scale league for every area was developed. Since women's football became a formal item in the 11th Asian Games in 1990, the opportunity of "being a national league also to a woman" grew, and "the Japanese women's football league" was born by 6 teams of outstanding players of national women's football in 1989. When the man league professionalized in the previous year enacted the abbreviated name "J. League" and won popularity, the abbreviated name "L-league" was announced in 1994. Then, it influenced that Japanese woman representation lost all games in the Atlanta Olympics (1996), and the spectator decreased sharply. Furthermore, the predicament term comes around by the missing-the right to participate in Sydney Olympics and that the team which has a company in the back from collapse of the bubble economy disperses. Then, for a while the measure of a spectator's increase of the personnel was taken into practice by non-charge of a game, or the foundation of two class system, etc., putting cost reduction. It is from the time of soccer Japan woman representation obtain the results of the best 8 by Athens Olympics to have become a turning point. And, since the attentions to women's football gathered, the nickname of "Nadeshiko league" was newly adopted in September. When soccer Japan woman representation achieved the championship by the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2011, it became an unprecedented women's football boom.

You have captured this kick-off at exactly the right moment. Her posture is very choreographic and the red colours very eye-catching. Lots of action in this picture!

Ah, an excellent action photo. Now, it would be perfect if it could include the head of the distant player, too.
