All The World Is Watching You,
Nowhere You Can Hide,
When You Sin Cardinal Sin,
You Make Your Bed And On It You Must Lie,
And Your Futures Looking Grim,
When You Sin Cardinal Sin,
Don't Expect The World Will Treat You Well,
We Say Oh, Go To Hell.
- Black Sabbath
This is a typical crisis we face... The alluring brightness beckoning us in, just for once...
Here this Gentleman is considering the trip inside the Pachinko Parlour...Is he pondering whether he needs to go or is it a right choice of place to go?...
What ever it is, he is certainly at the cross roads.
Shot with Highest ISO of 1600, still managed to get a decent shot without much noise.
Here is the MonoChrome Version and the Sepia version.

Intelligent note and very interesting shot. You has captured here an interior crise! I like the idea of this shot, and I like its colours (red and yellow overall). I think the tilt here is interesting, increase the drana, show the conflict... Great shot, excellent! Have a nice weekend!

I looked several times at this shot not immediatly knowing what to think about.
On the level of technique you got a good sharp shot even by using high ISO by your good exposure, the tilt brings some dynamics to the shot and the flashing contrasting colors are eyepullers here.
On the level of subject I can't associate very well the message to the note here maybe cause his back is less speaking.
On the artistic level I think a turn here to B&W or sepia would give more strenght in avoiding the not really harmonizing colors so maybe to consider this turn although I must admit it brings up the kind of colors you could see here on the street often.
This after seeing the shot several times, I hope you could reflect accurate my impressions.
I think it is not so easy to reflect beauty of the city here ?

An interesting composition using tilt & an unusual perspective. The lyrics suit perfectly. Well done!
