Look at this Hairstyle..."Interesting" isn't it! I saw him setting his hair in this Dome style using hairspray at Yoyogi Park in the famous Harajuku...

What a hairstyle! He makes a great subject Abhijit, and your tight framing works well, as does the dark neutral background.
You needed to use exposure compensation to tone down the over-exposure of the guy's face - the skin tones are almost completely blown out.
It looks to me like you focused on the hair (understandable!), but his eye is soft and out of focus - try focusing on the eye then recomposing to your desired framing.
