You will find girls dressed in famous character costumes like this girl dressed up as "Hello Kitty"...You have to ask for their permission before you take their pictures...These girls are friendly and most of them will allow you to take their pictures.

she might be friendly but she doesn't seem happy....you capture very well her sadnes....the picture almost speaks
