Photographer’s Note
If you have ever been to Harajuku area in Tokyo, you would immediately know where this photo was taken.
On Sunday noon you can typically notice the girls with colorful makesup and drapery around here. I have always wondered why they are there and why are they doing this.
As far as photographer me in is concerned, I like them being there.

Very nice portrait! The purple hair is a nice frame for the white face. I like the contrast between the b/w face and the colorful hair and the impressive eyes.

Unusual portrait.. The piece of modern art on girl's face looks unnatural but is real.. Fascinating, scary.. such a distant from our, European experience, habit of every-day street mascarade.
