Photographer’s Note
The gentle sunshine comes back here when the middle of March comes, and the St. Patrick's Day parade is held in also Japan.
The gentle sunlight reflected on the building behind was hitting in a good condition the little spectators.
I chose an aperture at f/5.6 to make the children stand out from the background of the paraders, and clicked the release making carefully sure of the entire balance in framing without using of a viewfinder.
This parade is held annually since 1992, organized by the Irish Network Japan. Over 1,000 people wearing the green parade through Harajuku, Tokyo.

Hi, Hisashi.
Once again subtle use of the wide angle for an excellent, carefully balanced streetlife scene. I appreciate your light management and the overall festive mood you've been able to capture in this one, and... I didn't know St. Patrick's Day Parade was held in Japan too! Have a good day, my friend. I'll be seeing you.
Fulvio.

Hello Hisashi,
A Saint Patrick's day parade in Japan, who knew!!!
Lovely capture of the festive mood, it looks like everyone is having a wonderful time. I can't believe there are Japanese people in the background playing tin whistles and accordions, very funny.
Great shot, I hope you got to have a few pints of Guinness to celebrate the day.
Cheers
Peter

Hi Hisashi,
Quite a surprise to see that in Japan. Dominating greens really catch attention. You caught those kids well within the frame.
St. Patrick's has never been a big thing in Finland, but tonight I'm going to check what's going on at the local Irish pub.

Hello Hisashi,
Welcome in the user club of the new 5D mk2.
Interesting shot of this St Patrick parade I was not expecting in Tokyo. It provides a original subject.
Good composition with the placement of the children as actors in the foreground.

Hello Hisashi,
St. Patrick's Day parade in Tokyo! :)))
Hmmm... "Everybody's Irish on St. Patrick's Day!". Seems that this old song is true! :)
Nice natural colours and well balanced exposition.
Best Regards.

Hello Hisashi, Like most of the others I would not have believed it but here is proof, there must be many Irish permanent residents in Japan. Well done. Your choice of F5.6 has worked well for you with the children in FG in focus & parade very visible but blurred. Lovely festive mood & well captured.
I have one question after seeing this, did they have green beer to drink??. ;-)
Thank you
Regards
Santo
