This is the continutaion from previous ones. This was taken for the second session of the walking procession. They started from the traditional warehouse, that you can see as the background. This area had rich time 200~300 years ago for dealing with commodities, so rich salers had a lot of big warehouses like this. Please pay attention to her unique sandale (wooden clogs), those are so high (about 30cm or so). Usually they use shese woden clog in order to be seen from others.

Hello Takero - I love the 'haughty' look you have captured here. The elaborately dressed couple look quite formidable as they walk with heads held high and ramrod stiff backs. The man walking behind with the parasol has quite a task to keep them shaded from the sun. I have no idea how the lady walks in those shoes, they look impossible to balance on and I can imagine many a broken ankle! Quite a good idea though if one walks on muddy ground! Fascinating work. Warm regards rosemary

The red umbrella is almost as eye-catching as the marvellously dressed woman. I am impressed to see that she manages to walk with these "sandals". The composition is nicely done on a diagonal and the colours and light are first class all over.

Superb work Takero!
Your low point of view and wide angle create a remarkable shot. Very well managed exposure.
The wooden clogs are spectacular, but what also surprise me is to see the feet of the woman, as they usually wear white socks (like the man).
These kimonos are stunning, with fine detailed pattern and texture.
Highly interesting capture!

A very interesting picture with many special details from your culture. Excellent colours! It would be a good idea to use these clogs when taking pictures in a crowd, you can easily reach above evryone else...

I need to wear clogs like that! I need the extra height!
its funny to see the contrast in size to the man's shoes beside her.
you chose an excellent low position shooting up high and tall.
makes her look even larger!
wonderfully creative and interesting subjects!

Those shoes are certainly eye catchng, and they certainly make the lady stand out in the scene. Just as your shot from the boat, her expression is perfect for her role and the deameanor is very befitting. The black building is quite unusual too.
Best wishes from ireland!

Hello dear Takero,
your close and upward point of view resulted in a great composition that fills the frame with superb perspective and interest. I like very much how we see the members of the procession walking away from the warehouse. Sharpness and lighting are wonderful and we can observe a great deal of details both on the clothes and on the architecture. I love the way the bright colours stand out against the moody ones. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,

Intéressante scéne, des expressions très sérieuse des personnes, leurs costumes colorées des dames, moins chez les hommes, le plus spectaculaire sont la hauteur des sabots!!!

Hello dear Takero-san
Goodness! It is quite an art & practise to walk on those extreme high clogs. And the look on the faces of the couple seems to be haughty & proud. Your low POV makes them even more imposing. teh kimono also seems to be special with the special addition in the front. Afine work!
