Photographer's Note
This is a just snap shot while taking a rest inside a shrine. When I waited for festival floats coming to a shrine, I kill the time and take a rest in the shades. I noticed a tasetful monochromatic ink painting along the small road inside shrine. This may be a lotus.

Hi dear Takero. Another quiet moment- my type of thing. I like the possibility of contemplative solitude conveyed in this photo. The shrine looks inviting, providing shade and silence. The ink painting adds an artistic and meditative touch. i see that there are more along the path. Looks like an iris or crocus of some sort judging by the leaves. Best wishes. Klaudio.

Hello Takero,
Very nice picture. Superb composition. By your note we know we are into a shrine. Those beautiful drawing may give us the impression we are in a presence of a outdoor exposition of art. This is exactly what your picture is, art. The composition is extraordinaire. The blur shrine in the background attract our attention and imagination. The drawing in front is beautiful.
Great work.

Hello Takero! We are neighbors tonight.
What a pretty, simple image you've given us today - good focus on this lovely sketch, with the rest of the scene hinted at by a shallow DOF. This approach adds a sense of tranquility to what must be a beautiful, quiet, contemplative place. Well presented!

Hello dear Takero,
I like this picture very much because of the lovely harmonious chromatic tones and tranquil atmosphere stirred only by the presence of some lovely and elegant ink paintings. The theme and its subtle representation on the white paper is very attractive, crisply sharp against the blurriness of the rest of the setting. My eyes are constantly directed to the two paintings in the background and I keep wondering what their subjects are. A lovely, quiet and appealing image. Well done and thank you!
All the best, hope you've had a good rest and wish you a great day,
Ourania

Hi Takero,
Excellent idea to blur the background and focus the eye on that beautiful picture. Art within art is always something to enjoy. The blurred background also has a mystical feel to it, making the viewer wonder what is in the temple, and what are those other pictures. Intriguing image, thank you.
Best wishes
