once on every rooftop of department store in Japan, there was the play zone(amusement center) for children without exception.
but now those are vanishing year by year, it is very sad...
this was the rooftop of Tokyu Department Store at Kohoku Yokohama, and this miniature train of Thomas was just discontinued...

Dear Akihisa,
the scene really looks sad because there are no playing children around. When I was a child I used to think that each toy (no matter big or small) has a soul of its own.
Maybe these, in this photo, have their own souls, too? They were warmed up with children's energy and laughter. And now they are lonely.
Well, concerning the "technical" aspects of the photo, I must say that the composition and POV are very good!
By the way, that bit of yellow object on the left... I would suggest erasing it, but it's just an option...
