Photographer's Note
This day a typhoon was approaching here, so a lot of surf lovers came to the beach to enjoy a rare chance.
I tried to capture beautiful girls waiting waves in the late afternoon, setting a slower shutter speed and holding the camera as lower as possible to get motion blur.

Hi Hisashi, you have captured the beautiful girls well - and also the amazing blur of the ocean. I like the large FG you have chosen with the comparatively small horizon. Great use of the vertical framing too. Thanks for sharing, Lisa.

Hi Hisashi
I like this movement effect you have reached here combining speed and wide angle, still looks very quiet before the typhoon !
Have a nice day JY

Bonjour,
Regards.

Hello Hisashi,
I notice you are also playing with the waves on the sea side, but you went much closer than I did in Iceland.
You succeeded in your idea. I like a lot this huge foreground playing with the movement of the waves and providing a lot of originality and dynamism to the shot.
My only minor concern is for the use of the polariser providing a non uniform effect in the sky. From my side, I no more put polarizer below 28mm of focal. I do not say it is a rule, but it is my way to appreciate polarizing rendering.
Yves.

Hello Hisashi,
Very nice blur you have captured. I think I have rarely seen the froth of an incoming wave from this angle. The effect is quite spectacular. The people in the narrow triangle of calm water have become even more obvious in this way. The blue sky is dramatically dark.

Hisashi,
Your POV is outstanding here using a low camera placement and slower shutter speed to create a sense of motion in the foreground. The use of the vertical format is great allowing you to show excellent depth i the scene. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and DOF.

The theme is very good too.
Great expression of movement.

Hi Hisashi,
Your low point of view, wide angle and the motion blur give a cool effect. It feels like we are right there in the water with them.

Hi Hisashi
Thanks for sharing this pictures Now I know that surfers in Japan must like typhoons due to the waves. For others like myself typhoon means loads of rains and more often then not flooding. I have to admit, for a surfer a approaching typhoon must be great and exactly this feeling you brilliantly have captured in your shot. As an introduction the wave and then at the BG the surfers, a perfect DOF combination. Well seen and executed with great sharpness and vivid colors well done
Best regards

Hi Hisashi
very low POV with a wave going to your feet, not frozen even at 1/100s, and at the skyline, a surfer waiting for a good wave to surf. Well organized and taken. I have a similar one in my gallery.

Hi Hisashi
Magnificient motion effect you showed us and what i admire most is the water movements bearing in mind that with 1/100, the speed of gushing water is really fast. Impressive compo with depth and good perspective, those surfers are nicely placed
in the frame. Lovely color saturation and good contrast, crispy all round. Awesome shot my friend. TFS

Ciao dear Hisashi,
it has been really difficult to choose a photo in your gallery, because they are all very beautiful ones. Today I have chosen this, for the amazing effect of the movement of the water that you have captured. The low POV has been a genial choice, that has allowed you this unbelievable and pleasant effect. Sincere congratulations!
Ciao, have a nice day!

Hello Hisashi
This is a suuper photo. The POV is the best and the compo is perfect. The colour of the sky is also beautiful. However!! I would have been tempted to remove those two swimming people from the photo, this would have added freedom and some sort of serenity to the photo. Also the water rush towards the shore is a bit too fast I would have tried to soften it a bit attempting to make a bit more peaceful and milky.
All in all thought is one of you best photots and I really like it.
Greetings
Aleks
