| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
yesterday I visited Shiretoko, the most east natural park (national) in Japan.
primeval and untouched nature is well preserved there.
of course I took lots of shots (about 1100).
this is Mt. Rausu (1660m, volcano). |

Hi Akihisa,
Some nice colours, clouds, sky and shadows, but I find the composition a little un-interesting to look at. You may have been better focusing in on some smaller parts/ sections of the volcano instead of trying to capture it all in one frame.
Thanks for sharing though, I've not heard of this place before!
Regards
Lee

Dear Akihisa,
I must disagree with previous comment. I like this shot exactly for its wider view, where snow areas are forming diverse lines and at the top of the mountain continue in exact form of clouds. It feel like this pattern of lines has its own life, just the background changes from ground to sky. I'm glad to read about preservation and untouched nature. We have a part of such a place in our country: primeval forest. I think every country should take good care of the nature.
Kind regards,
Jeri
