Hello Tad and welcome on TE.
Your photo has a big problem, that is that it is illegible, one does not manage to determine that it is the principal subject, and the unit is very tumble, with the branch with foreground which merges with the flowers of the tree in the second plan. You would have to open to the maximum your diaphragm to try to isolate a little your principal subject from his environment.
An explanatory note, would have certainly also made it possible to make known to us the place, and to know what you wanted to show to us

Hi Tad!
I like the colors of your photo, but I think that the photo could be more impressive if the beautiful cherry blossoms were in focus and the title of your picture is that too. This "sharp" branch is should be secondary.
