Good white balance and properly exposed main subject -the castle. Such crop with large dark area on the right is quite unusual, but I think the castle looks good surrounded by the darkness.
Right timing for the photo - sky is almost black, but some blue color still visible.

Lovely shot... I love your framing, different... I think it works well with the castle bright in the distance, and the moat/ wall dark and large (perspective of course) in the foreground.
