Spring is coming soon. Iwakuni is one of the best place for cherry sighteeing or 'hanami'. How to get there? Let's take a train. Iwakuni Station on the Sanyo Main Line is about 45 minutes from Hiroshima Station, and is in the center of the city.
Iwakuni also offers several different kinds of plants and trees which people like to view. In addition to the cherry trees and maple trees along the Nishiki river, there are also Japanese apricot trees, peony bushes, azalea, Japanese iris, and hydrangea. Many of these plants and trees are located around Kikko Park. I'll see you there...

hello Henny

I think your composition and choice of POV shows you are going the good direction of finding a different style of showing landscape. Obviously you are showing the blossoming flowers here more than the people, and for a good reason. By casting some of the people in shadow, below the trees, you are again forcing your viewing to pay more attention to the flowers.

very interesting POV! very unusual. The blossoming trees are very impressive! I like the composition, with the people below and the trees in the FG!
