Hi! This is a nice portrait but I think there are a few things you could do to try and make it a little better...

You have some over-exposure around her ear, which sort of detracts from the shot, and I think her face is a little too much in shadow (and I'm not to keen on the shadow running along her jaw). I'm really no good with fill flash (and it's not always appropriate to use it) but this looks like the perfect situation to have given it a go!

I am nit-picking a little (but I find it helps me when people do that to my work :) but otherwise I think it's a really nice shot. Thanks for sharing!
