A follow-up to my previous post of the A-Bomb Dome and Sakura at night, this one was actually taken earlier the same day.
From the Lonely Planet:
"The symbol of the destruction visited upon Hiroshima is the A-Bomb Dome. Declared a Unesco World Heritage site in December 1996, the building was the Industrial Promotion Hall until the bomb exploded almost directly above it. Its propped-up ruins have been left as an eternal reminder of the tragedy."
I tried different focuses - first on the sakura then on the building (posted as a workshop). I'd be interested to know which you prefer.

Nice focus work Charlotte, in both shots, I believe this one as main post is more original, even giving a mood with the building back there defocused, regards, Daniel

Hello Charlotte: a fine, delicate capture, fragile and resonant...

Flowers are not coming up brightly. Camera Flash should have been more powerful. Better would have been no flash at all.
