Photographer’s Note

I took this photo because of his hat. I think it is funny because he is saying that the rest of the players need luck to beat him.

I also didnt know that the Japanese played Ma Jong in Japan until I came here and found out about it. I only thought that the Chinese played it, but how wrong I was.

It was taken out in the open air and there were about another 8 tables scattered about the park in Tsurumai.

Oh yes, you are wrong!!! We even play it here in Luxemburg. I bought identical stones here (made in Japan) some 25 years ago.
This said, I like your picture, it shows evry day's life and suites the purposes of TE perfectly.
