My respected partner bought a katsuo weighing about 5 lb for 580.
Thanks for the modern motorway system, the yesterday's catch in Miyagi prefecture served as a bargain in Hamamatsu.

Cut the berry and take out the intestine.
This is the "starter" for making shiokara.
