Photographer's Note
This is the seaside village of the Japansea. This village is so unique for three srories houses made in wood. Nobody seem to be there, heavy frake snow falls continuously.

Bonjour Takero
La rue, aux maisons serrées, présente un superbe décor hivernal. j'aime bien cette ambiance de froid,la lumière et contrastes.

I can feel the cold and the humidity, good presentation in B&W, giving more dramatism to the image.
Thanks my friend Takero, here is cold and wet too.

Hi Takero,
You have presented the atmosphere very well here. We can almost feel the cold and breeze. Vertical format and BW is very fitting to the scene. Soft tones of greys are very appealing. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice WE.

This is a terrific shot Takero. I can feel the wet and the cold just looking at it.I think the residents have all got the sense to stay in the warm-it's only photographers, who suffer for their art, out in this weather.

Hello Takero
I am glad I do not have to endure your winter. The B&W treatment works well here contributing to the cold atmosphere of the scene.
Best wishes

Hi Takero,
The b/w and vertical presentation add to the feeling of cold. The snowflakes have been well caught. The architecture looks interesting - a super street view.
Kind Regards, Ann

Hi! This is an excellent picture ! An amazing narrow street and a well chosen black and white format, it makes the snowfall feel even more hostile.
Good work!

Hello Takero
I am surprised to see a black and white from you. The snow flakes are the real feature here adding a sense of mystery. Cheers, Marlene

Dear Takero,
this is rather an unusual photo in your gallery! I'm used to seeing something colourful and bright :)
But it's exactly the lack of bright colours and no people in view which make the photo a perfect capture of sort of a "ghost town": the cold, gloomy mood is enhanced by the falling snow. Excellent vertical composition :)
Frankly speaking, this looks like a scene from a movie!
warmest greetings from frosty Moscow,

Hi Takero!
A different photo this time! I like the b&w version and the atmosphere - it's great with the snow falling in this old street.

Hello Takero. The cold season. Everything is gray. Yes, the black and white photo shows perfectly this season. In this weather keep people at home. Only photographers are on the way :-)) Rgds, Wolfgang.

Hello dear Takero,
The three-story buildings constructed of wood suggest a bygone time, 20s, 30s... The falling snow is especially effective in setting the B&W scene.
Warm regards, not to play on words.

Hi Takero,
Winter in full swing, and you managed a photo result in fine B&W, with snowfall seen clearly.
This place has an intriguing value - I wonder how it looks on bright day with colors !

Hello Takero,
After seeing many colorful festival shots, this B&w image is a pleasant surprise. A lovely vertical image with the road curving and the nice tall buildings on both the sides. I like the soft tones, sharpness and depth.

Hi Takero,
very interesting. I like how you have captured the atmosphere of winter. The narrow street itself seems to be very interesting but black and white conversion plus clearly visible snow fall contribute to the unusual feeling.
Excellent work,

Hello dear Takero-san
Quite unusual you presenting a picture in B&W. Beautiful presentation in vertical frame. The snow seems to be falling in torrents & the smoke in the FG works well 'interacting' with the falling snow. The wooden houses are indeed unique...which we have seen in Japanese movies of the 50s & 60s
Best Regards
Angshu
