| Although the ice in years gone past was frozen thick enough to walk and even ice skate on, the rising temperatures have made this less frequent. I stumbled on this small dock area of Lake Suwa that seemed to be pretty solidly frozen as I saw many kids running and sliding, and a few adults tempting their fate as well. |
