First shot with Nikon D60

Finally I'm back to TE ! This is the first shot with my new camera, Nikon D60. It's like new toy and I'm learning to how to use it now.
I just decided to take some images of Oasis 21 and TV tower as the first object for my new camera. The reason I picked them, they are my favorite buildings in this city and I have taken many shots of them. So I can compare the image I took today to old ones. I like the water on the top of Oasis 21 and beautiful blue sky. |

Your new D60 works pretty well, good capture.

こんにちは!
Very bright and clear photo. I agree with Ozgur about the new Nikon gear D60; it produces good ones even with lens kits. Maybe you took this shot at 18mm then much distortion can be seen. Try not to shoot at 18mm for this kind of architecture photo to avoid distortion. I made a workshop to remove it, hope you don't mind.
Regards;
Tan.
PS/ I've been to Nagoya twice but not this beautiful building.
Hi Tsutomu,
Welcome back and congratulations with your new cam! Nice punchy colors and good sharpness. I'm a fan of your series of the Oasis 21. Now keep posting images of your city with the new cam! TFS, Gilbert
