Hi Norbert

Good to see a new upload. You've been missed around here! I like the 'join the dots' game, suggested by the repetitive & abstractly arranged lights, in the store window. The receptionist in the green shirt is a good addition. Tfs!

Hallo Norbert!
Frank

Hello Norbert,
I like this photograph of the window and of the interior because the image has depth. The colors are superb. Very good work.
Have a good day

A very daring composition. It took me few seconds to realized what you have done here. Very effective!
Cheers,
Enrique

Cool threading-the-needle shot here, Norbert - you managed to pilot that F16 Nikon jet AND shoot at the same time... Many would fail ;o)))
Nice one...
Francis

You should have a theme Norbert for your variants of 'looking in' photos..
Good use of the foreground lights here where the main subject is caught there in the back - occopied in his daily activities - well placed in the compo..

Nice use of the foreground blur to show the lights of the season without making that the focal point. I don't know how you even spotted the man in the background, but he provides a good focal point for the rest of the photo to revolve around. Nicely done!

Hello Norbert,

Une image qui comporte un avant plan tout de même un peu chargé à mon goût ! Mais on aperçoit clairement le récéptionniste à travers la décoration ! Une image qui intrigue !
A+

Interesting shot this Norbert, with the man in a good position, but i can't help wondering if maybe it would have been better to have taken a different POV and zoomed past the bamboo. It's probably just me, but i find there is too many layers in this photo.

Hi Norbert. I had a funny reaction when I first opened this one up. I thought to myself, "Oh man Norbert you screwed that up!". I didn't see your title before I looked at the shot so I just thought you uploaded a completely out of focus picture, lol! But I know it's not easy getting that part of the picture in focus and did a good job of that. That's a great job of hand-holding at that focal length and shutter speed. Nice one Norbert.

Hi Norbert, welcome back...again!
a beautiful portrait of the man at the desk, witha brilliant and unusual composition, and excellent light and colours too.
hoping to see again many your images!
ciao

A very unusual shot, Norbert, but I like it, you have captured him so well between the blurred decorations, it would be even better if the other stand, on the left, would be also occupied... :))

Cheers
Alexander

Hi Norbert,
The overall impression is quite overloaded and confusing despite the christmas feeling to it, but in the end the receptionist emerges from that and it's funny about the lights on him
Greetings from Brussels JY

Hello Norbert,
In such an excellent work, i think that the beauty of the blur in front separates in the taste of the person who sees it. Excellent blur of Christmas-seasonal decorations and lights, in the effect of VR.
Have a nice day,
Hisashi

Excellent, Norbert, semi-abstract and curious! I love your focus of attention and the dof you used, I might have even gone further with the f stop to create a thicker bokeh in the front. A very nice, interesting image!
Take care,
sasa

Bonjour Norbert,
une photo qui joue avec les plan, et la profondeur de champ.
Ambiance festive au travers de simples éléments comme les guirlandes lumineuses.
Photo difficile sans tripod.
Best regards.
Daniel.

Hi Norbert,
well, I can see you as well feel this
Christmas is approaching fast, hence
your 'christmasy' post!
;-D
Quite an interesting approach to the
hotel lobby interior with some nice
tiny little visible reflections of lights
in the glass window.
Jinge bell, jingle bell...!!!

Bonjour Norbert,

Jolie image, dans les tons que j'aime, originale et bien composée !

Hello Norbert
Very enjoyable picture with all this maze of decoration and small opening showing us the receptionist.
