Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken at one of railway station in Depok, Jawa Barat. Even on the holiday, the carriage always densely occupied by passangers. You can imagine how would it be in busy hours. Believe me, without any air conditioner or even a fan, it was really hot in there. That's why some of them climbed to the roof or hanging by the door just to get some fresh air. Many casualities happend. Electric shock is the most common incident. But they have been warned many times by officials. I believe adrenalin takes it all..

Great daily life shot from your city, Hizbullah. Saturation and sharpness is excellent. I've seen this many times in Jakarta and other Asian cities, but never had my camera with me at the time. One day I hope to capture such a shot myself. Cheers . . . David

Hi Hizbullah,
This is one picture that does tell a story. A story of a densely populated place with not enough infrastructure. I guess this is not the story of Indonesia alone, there are lots of places in India as well where you would see similar picture but maybe not one the roof. That IS dangerous. Well captured.
With Greetings from India
