[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Labuan Bajo is fishing village, on the West end of the indonesian island of Flores. This is the best place to explore Komodo and Rinca islands to see Komodo Dragons. It is also one of the best places of indonesia for diving.

Flores (from the Portuguese word meaning “flowers”) is part of the immense chain that comprises the archipelago of Indonesia. Lying close to the equator, Flores is a long, narrow and rugged island marked with dramatic volcanoes and beautiful mountain lakes and forests. Strategically located between the bigger islands of Java and Timor, it is just 360 kilometers long and varies from 12 to 70 kilometers wide.

There were early records of trade with Chinese and other Asian races since the 12th century A.D., but the Portuguese re-discovered the island in 1515 and named it Flores in 1544. Though Flores offered little economic benefit to the Portuguese, the island gave good anchorage to sea vessels plying the area.

I really like your picture, great composition and colours, specially the sunbursts through the clouds are good. only i think you've made it too small when you resized it for upload.

The atmosphere it produces is just wonderful, I like it lot, in particular the little shadow of the boat in the light stripe! Without forgetting all the rest, sky and composition, super!

Amazing colour of the sky, fantastic silhouette & reflection.Pity about the size, you should have made it larger. Try reposting or a workshop...I'm sure the effect would be even better
