Bali Rice Paddies Photo

Photographer’s Note

Bali is well known for many things, and the rice paddies are one them.

Seems they are everywhere around Bali, but the more impressive sights are as you head up into the mountainous regions around Bali.

This was taken on a day trip into the mountains to visit some of the temples.

Un très beau paysage que j'avais eu l'occasion de voir également.
Ces rizières s'étalent sur des kilomètres et on ne se lasse pas de les admirer travailler dedans.
Bravo pour la composition avec un joli ciel.

A very beautiful landscape which I had had the occasion to also see.
These rice plantations are spread out over kilometers and one does not
weary oneself to admire them to work inside.
Cheer for the composition with a pretty sky.

Nice view of these rice paddies. It is always a great view to see all these different floors. The lines give ne reality of the hills. We are seeing the structur of the land.

Hi Dan, I like the framing on this shot, with the long horizontal frame giving the feeling of being close to the earth, which is a appropriate for a farm picture. I like the depth that is visible in this too, with the foregound leading naturally to the background. Well done!

Hi Dan,
A well composed panorama shot that captures the essence of the rice paddies. I like the rich and warm green and golden hues blending together and the prosaic sky. Is the horizon tilted here? Very pleasing shot, Dan.

This is a pure vista of a rolling paddy countryside.If Asian has a Window version of its own, this scenery would be its signature licensed desktop wallpaper. Great work here Dan.
