Another picture from makepung festivals @ Jembrana, Bali. In the festivals, farmers and acttle breeders celebrate for good harvest by having a cart-race festival, Ben-Hur style. Different from their Maduranese counterpart (karapan Sapi festivals) here they use oxen to pull the carts instead of cows.
I almost got caught in the action taking this shot. Luckily I got out of the cart trajectory in time, albeit having to jump into a rice paddy.
