Photographer’s Note
Lawang Sewu, a thousand doors, building is the most famous landmark in Semarang, Central Java-Indonesia. t was built by the Dutch collonial as its main office, then taken over by the Japanese during the 2nd World War. During the struggle for Indonesia independece, this building played a major role as hospital dan military base.
Today, the building was left empty because people believe that there's many ghosts and spirits wandering around that place.
