Photographer’s Note

When I spotted this toy seller on a bicycle, I was driving a jeep I decided to pass him and wait some 400-500 mt. further away so that I could make a panning of him when he would arrive. But things did not go easy.. Bali Island is a place with a heavy traffic and two minibusses blocked him at the right moment. This happened 3 times, every time I stopped and waited, something would come in between. I managed this panning on the fourth time.

Apparently It was not easy to portrayed this man, Izzet. You have succeeded very well, the man with the bike is quite sharp and the bckg blurry. We feel like the bike is going more faster than a car ;o)
Well done for this dynamic composition with nice colors.

Fantastic use of selective motion blur, Izzet. I enjoy very much the way the colorful toys merge into the colorful blurred background.

wow a perfect shot in the moving object and u make it look different from the toys seller in daily activity with the man on the pic.its a hard work i guess coz the traffic here too crowded and u could be fail if u can't find the best moment, but as i see..u make it perfect, even in the reality i could met them everyday and everytime i go out from the house or college but u make it meanfull..and..nice job izzet,

Wow, Izzet, what a lot of places you've been. You're right, we do seem to have similar tastes, both for places, and styles of shot. In fact only this Monday I was panning bikes on Crab Island, off Port Klang in Malaysia. Nothing as spectacular as this though, great sight, what a steady hand, 1/4 sec!
