Photographer's Note

Another ordinary shot taken 0530 hrs about life at Martapura River:

This was the shooting place I waited for a while in the pitch dark waiting for daybreak. Gradually the luminosity of a new day came followed by the lovely sunrise, riots of colours on the waterway, hive of activity and it's so fascinating when the early morning light gave the scene a timeless quality.

This is the culture of the local bustling floating market which last only for about two hours, it's so full of life and atmosphere still untouched by outsiders that remain barely undetected by tourists radar.

One thing for sure is that, they colour to beautify my Monday blues :-)
