I only spent a day in Surabaya, (for me) an unappealing Indonesian metropolis, after flying back from Sulawesi. I got on the train for Yogyakarta the next day. This man I can only guess was homeless and lived at the train station. I had no regrets giving a few rupiah after the shot.
techs: slowly getting the hang of the shadow/highlight filter in CS. It helped this one tremendously from the original CRW-RAW. |

This is quality finishing Caleb and a simple but very effective composition with all the details nextto him, a nice colored background not distracting full spot on this portrait.
Very well done, the raw seems to help a lot.

There was an horrific plane crash at Solo today (Lion Air). I like the sharpness color, pov & graphism in this image. Good work!
