Goa Lawah or Bat Cave
This temple is located on the East coast of Bali not far from Padangbai, the port for ferries between Bali and Lombok. It has a great significance to the Balinese and it's easy to witness at religiuos ceremonies that are part of the everyday life of this charming island.
Inside the cave live hundreds of bats that, it's supposed, they feed a legendary snake that life itself inside the cave.

PS: anche a me piace cogliere cerimonie ed atti religiosi quando viaggio (credo che Bali valga il viaggio solo per i suoi tempi...senza considerare i paesaggi). Mi permetto di linkarti al mio tema Devotion qualora tu voglia dare un'occhiata. (sperando di fare cosa gradita)

Hi Luca,
The individual drops of water are wonderful to see as they seem to float and be suspended through the air. Love your use of depth of field, and the focus on the hands, bowl and ritual sprinkling is perfect.

Hi Luca!
A great shot again with the focus at this bowl ,the waterdrops and the praying hands in the background.
I booked Bangkok from march 4th till april 4th and I don`t know yet where to go from there.
3rd time Burma or northern Thailand and Laos again or Indonesia?????
Today I`ll buy a guidebook and I`ll decide the next weeks.

Hello Luca,
A wonderful composition with the hands and the bowl perfectly crisp and sharp in the foreground and the praying hands still jsut visible in the fuzzy background, all sprinkled by droplets. Technically perfectly focused, fine work.
