Photographer’s Note
A shot from the Alila Manggis Resort in Bali where I've just spent the weekend. Although I've been to Bali a few times before, this is the first time I've stayed in the eastern part of the island. An interesting feature of the eastern part is the black rocky beaches, which I believe might have something to do with the close proximity to the volcanos on the island.
I used a Lee brand neutral density graduated filter to tone down the highlights and a circular polarizer to add more punch to the shot.

That's a very beautiful picture!
The vertical format and the pov were perfect choices in this one!
Sharpness, exposure, dof and natural colors are excellent!
The composition is effective with really attractive visual results!

A nice shot with strong, vivid colors. The slow shutter speed controbutes to the quality of the image .
