Photographer’s Note
Sometimes, when i see this picture, i feel somewhat sad. It make me think, when will human stop to chase for riches with exploring the mother earth... (as my self still do it too).
This is big a power plant to generate electric power, to give electricity for a big mining operation. Photo taken from a village called Benete.
At time this photo taken, i dont own tripod yet, so i have to sit the camera on the ground. You can see a faint light trail near the star effect, caused by mirror vibration (no cable release too, and the self timer not work at bulb setting).
Post processing, some despeclking and small amount of unsharp mask to compensate the loss of sharpness caused by crappy scanner. I work on monitor that not bright enough, so maybe you will see this picture too bright. Oh, i cropped some top portion but i'm not sure its worth to do or no.
This is my first try to use frame, a silly one, i think i should not use it, dunno...
All process done with The Gimp (its good enough, so they deserve the credit)
Thank you for your time, enjoy.
