Photographer’s Note

The farmer are throwing fertilizer, and he will doing this activity until the season of gathering the rice comes. I took this picture in Senggigi, Lombok.

Gorgeous photo. the colors are great and the composition too.
The action portrait by the man is the beauty of this photo, the things that is throwing out are perfectly captured. His stance is wonderful too. Fantastic.
I've no more points left so please do not take the lack of them as a commentary on the photo.

This particular image is crisp and clean... I like how you have captured the grains of seed as they are leaving the farmers hand, especially the ones behind him... wonderful green field... good DOF... great first pic...

Well captured, particularly the throwing of what I assume are rice seeds. But then the field looks nice and grown up, so why would he be doing that?
Please always include a note with your pics. This can educate us all about where and what you have captured, and technical details are also appreciated.

Welcome to TE Putu. The colour contrast and overall piqué is revealing of one of the best telephoto primes Canon has ever produced. Compo wise I regret the emptiness of the right half of your photograph, where nothing happens except the irruption of green..but perhaps that's what it's all about, and I somehow missed the point. Looking forward to see your next posts.

I will add it to my theme,hope you like it.

a nice for first,I have not problem with green part in right side,I think that with this depth towards horizon,we can see a big widespread view which the man have to works there,and we know that working in rice fields not an easy job,so throwing fertilizer just can be easy period in rice working,and you show it very well with a good dynamism,also well use of DOF,and fine colors you resulted,and I like it,Putu!
nicely composed and beautiful.
Also I would like to say about his T-shert!it has a draw which is a portrait of the gentleman!and it has a nice cultural contrast with the rural atmosphere here,do you remember who was about?!:)
