Lake Bratan is Bali’s second largest lake and a peaceful retreat away from the beer-swilling hordes who stay in Kuta and other places in the south of the island. It’s cool up here as the lake is over 1,200 meters above sea level and the oft-photographed Pura Ulun temple solemnly guards the lake. Nice.

The colours and arrangement of the boats, the tranquil blue lake and the sky all making for a very pleasant well composed and well presented image. Very pleasant indeed.
