Photographer’s Note

I got up too early that morning... as I could not go back to sleep, so I decided to walk along the sanur beach (of course with my camera in my hand)... I sat there waiting for the sunrise to come.. (Heureusement, j'habite a cote de la plage de Sanur)
At the same time, I saw a fisherman was cleaning his boat after "the working night"..
I waited till the sunrise come before shooting this pic to have a back light, and in vertical composition and low angle, in order to be able to capture a "semi-silhouette".. I hope you like this photo.. Terimaakasih and PEACE !!

Very nice shot Yoga. I like the way the fisherman is visible only as a dark shape. Fits good with the sunrise. Nice colors. The frame fits the composition very nicely. Good job.

Waouhhhhh a perfect shot....an effect of a paint.
This light part ws this dark part, the silouhettes and this yellow tones, the vertical shot with an excellent framing, the large part of the sky, the nice reflects on gold tones ont he wather,......EXCELLENT COMPOSITION !

lovely shot, yoga. really like the shadow of the boat against the yellows/oranges of the sky, plus how the cloud changes to gradual shades of grey with cotton-candy like feel and look to it. congrats for another excellent piece!

First time I come and look at your pics and portfolio ( I am not often on TL). This one is my favorite because of the quiet mood, the perfect dark silhouette opposed to the bright sun on the horizon. Even the frame is perfect for that kind of shot.
