Photographer’s Note
Someday my office sent me to do some tasks at Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin? There's a market on the river I've heard...!!
It was about 05.50am once upon a time on a huge river called Barito... 10km west Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia...
Me and some friends were sailing to catch that market, borrowing a friend's boat.
We were sailing against the waterflow cause the floating market is near the upper river.

Hi Bima,
This picture remembers me of the floating market of Thailand.Of course you can´t compare the small canals of Bangkok with this huge Barito river.
