I wonder why this doesnt have more attention. For me, this is an interesting photo. Sure, its not a decisive moment that jumps at us and it needs more work figuring out but what I really like is the every day quietness and daily life you captured. In nice b/w. Framing wise, why not move tha camera so that you show not the emty left but the right, which I think would do 2 things: show the rest of the houses in the village, and also get all of tha fishing rod into the frame.

A fine B&W of a nice everyday scene. The guy on the right seems a bit of side both in position and in interest. I think you can remove him by cropping over the bucket.

A shot that appears to perhaps heve been taken from a moving boat moving left, a reason for the slightly unbalanced composition.
Thay being said, it is a nice slice of life photograph which will help you remember to shoot a bit wider in a similar situation.
Great Job.

Hy Yan
Very good life picture...I belive from a big distance(sigma 70-300), so, there's no data if you used tripod...and it's great if you did, and amazing if you didn't!!
