Above clouds Photo

Photographer’s Note

Yet another shot from the area of Bromo. This one was taken from a lower point of Tenger caldera, but still above clouds covering the bottom of the caldera. You see Gunung Batok in the foreground, with Gunung Bromo sending smoke in the air behind it, and Gunung Semeru on the horizon. Early morning light added some interesting shadows to this breathtaking scenery.

Fantastyczny efekt, gdyby nie te drzewa po prawej, wydawałoby się, że stałeś na chmurach...Świetna ostrość i doskonała kompozycja. Bardzo dobry strzał.

hello Michal
you have done a nice series on the volcanos,and the photos I prefer are these ones when the sun is just rising,because of the beautiful light,and I like very much the mist at the bottom and the smoke above the volcano!The view is really splendid,with wonderful colours,and here,I like the tree you have included on the right,it gives some depth to the photo,and adds nice golden colour!Magnificent!
