Koteka, horim, or penis sheath is a phallocrypt or phallocarp traditionally worn by native male inhabitants of some (mainly highland) ethnic groups in western Papua and Papua and New Guinea to cover their genitals.

Hi Jacek! I think that Irian Jaya must be a very interesting place to visit, and it must be also a hard tour. There are people looking like living in another different world.
A good picture of this man, perhaps you could have a better point of you from a lower place.
