Another shot of my visit at the Attari Indo-Pakistan border, at a ceremony that's all about intidimiation and machismo. I would have wanted to be able to make it to Pakistan but the unrest caused by Benazir Bhuto's death a few days earlier made it absolutely impossible.
Check out this pic taken a few minutes earlier, watching some Indians dancing and singing, discutably excited by the boarder authorities.
