MY STAR, MY DREAM..

"As quiet as my heart, in my dreams
She danced across a silken thread,
Lovely gossamer wings smiled in her
Angels sang the praise, she was born..
Daiseys in my garden spoke soft
'Is it the star, the awaited dream?'
She stole our dreams, she yearned it
She waited, a million years for it..
Embraced soft the mother in shades
Her dreams a float in blue moments..
A smile, a wave, a golden moment
A dream of man and woman, dear
She rose as the spring of dreams
Let's hold her dear in heart forever..
Girl with golden hairs, a sigh
Esctacy of life turned real in dreams..!!"

“At the touch of love everyone becomes a poet.”
~ Plato
(428/427 BC – 348/347 BC), was a Classical Greek philosopher, who together with his teacher, Socrates, and his student, Aristotle, helped to lay the philosophical foundations of Western culture.Plato was also a mathematician, writer of philosophical dialogues, and founder of the Academy in Athens, the first institution of higher learning in the western world. Plato was originally a student of Socrates, and was as much influenced by his thinking as by what he saw as his teacher's unjust death.

Hi JEAN PAUL

An unusual portrait, with a good catch of the silhouetted mother in the doorway. Nice lighting contrasts & colour. Tfs!

Hi Jean
Child is an example of divinity, beauty, perfection and purity.
Everybody is born as child!
Perfect warmth details. The fade background means lot to to the frame such as christian photos, mother, curtain and and single window.
Congrats.
Peter.

Hi,Poet,
A nice shot of a human being that had been so alien but would become a guiding path for survival all life long.
Very good shot where we recognize JPism:)
TFS
Valerka:)

Hi Jean,
Another one of your classy shot, your signature is written all over it :) BTW not mentioning about the apt poem would be an unpardonable sin from my end. Great work, TFS

Anil

Oh JP, this is absolutely splendid ! the way the baby clings to her mother (I assume she is a girl - actually, was confirmed in that reading Isabela's comment), the way you took the photo, also the BG which gives the context : perfect photo, perfect moment, congratulations !

Bonsoir, mon très bon ami Jean-Paul,

Une bien belle photographie.

Namaste Jean Paul. Lovely shot of a baby cradled in the arms of a parent. All children are precious and this shot shows why- so innocent, so vulnerable. Yet, how many are hijacked by holy men and politicians all around the world, to become destroyers of love and peace. it makes one want to weep that even for this little soul the world will not change. As Plato said and much later after him, Krishnamurti, love is the answer, but first, we must put aside dogma.Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Jean,
What a lovely baby. Great POV and very well composed. Well done my dear friend...
Have a nice weekend...

Hello Jean,
love this, the original way you are showing this little girl, in the tender arms holding her, with a background also beautiful, that silhouette. So natural, so simple and gentle, a piece of life, a second in it, full of grace...

Kind regards and thanks for sharing this

Hi JP
Good POV and timing to get the person crossing the doorway in the BG as well as a stunning close up of the baby, Good exposure, could be a bit sharper but still OK.
Greetings
Laurent

Hi Jean Paul,
Another beautiful portrait from unusual point of view.
I like details and your note

Hello J.P.

All babies are the greatest jewels in the world! This one is no exception with her sweet little face searching for food!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi JP!
A truly classic photo of what it means to be an infant. The child looks so relaxed in those arms. The framing is original - having the face so close to the viewer also makes it unique.
Cheers,
DL

Hi Jean!
Very good shot! Is this the same child of the other B&W photo? I like it a lot, the way you captured the child in foreground and then all those details in the foreground, in the shadow.Very well framed, with very nice colours.

Hello Jean Paul,

Un beau portrait, une photo émouvante, à la très belle lumière.
Bon dimanche
Marie

Olá Jean Paul, most impressive portrait. It's so real, so sincere, so alive and at the same time, so defenseless. Very original approach, superb dark background. Great presentation as usual. Congrats.
