A QUIET DAY..

"Reminiscences of day,bright world
Distances calculated in seconds
Variations of colours and lights
Windows open eyes to witness..
Somewhere deep in every heart
Waits the call to heights of sublime
When celestial music turns symphony
Dreams smile alone in the pale light..
Still, as the sun-cast shadows deep
Windless nights of tender moods
I left the candles burning in hearts
Where a petal of light kissed me dear
Eventides of dearness, dreams back .. !!

SHOT AT THANGASSERY, KOLLAM MY LAND.

A virgin land , never exposed to the world,
and I wish I show them to the world !!

"The windows of my soul I throw
Wide open to the sun."

~John Greenleaf Whittier
(December 17, 1807–September 7, 1892) was an influential American Quaker poet and ardent advocate of the abolition of slavery in the United States.

I was looking the lonely boat and still wondering if the persons there can see the beauty of this place and feel the light as we feel it now
Amazing view and a special framing
A quiet feeling ,indeed
All the best
Isa

Jean,
the view of the sea through the branches is beautiful with lovely warm light.Excellent framing!
Sweet secret through this natural window which is somewhere deep in every heart..:)
Nanni!

Hi JP,
Very good silhouette and framing. Although the boat ahead is small, somehow it galvanizes ones focus. Well composed with good lighting management. Well done! tfs
Cheers,
Renier

Hi Jean Paul,
great silverish twinkling of the sunlight on the waves, seen trough the tree.

Hi Jean,
I have almost a similar shot in my gallery.... but the view is nowhere as compared to this.
Lovely tones of the golden green, and a superb ambiance.
Regards,
Sagarneel.

A quiet day? How to achieve it in our noisy and busy world. Maybe the photo remains only. Your photo. Thanks for that.
Regards my dear friend.

Thats a poetry done with great talent and fine colours and tones. You have also got superb textures and a good perspective.

Hello my dearest friend JP!
How can I afford to miss such a artistic composition with a poem!
as for the image, good use of the tree and branches as silhouette to capture the awesome light through a natural window!

greeting
Tony

Hi,POET,
As usual a fine and dreamy vision of night light and shade.
Somebody hasn't said one's whisper thought yet,
Somebody hasn't sung one's serenade yet.
It's just the time to catch up with missed opportunities:)

Valerka:)
I'll be back

Very beautiful and has a wonderful mood! I love how this is framed by the trees, and the colors. Very nice note as well. TFS

Hi Jean Paul,
Delicate and beautiful picture. Fantastic lights and reflections in the water.
Best regards dear friend.
Maria

Hi Jean Paul,
The trees create a good natural frame for the seascape beyond, and the dot of the boat adds that nice bit extra.
Regards
Wanda

Hello J.P.

This is like viewing something private and secret through a keyhole! And yet, the surround is far more beautiful than a keyhole!

Who would ever dream the sea would be that colour, or the sky? And in the middle of it all, a tiny boat, bobbing around in beauty!

kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hello JP,
The shimmering sea attracts my eyes right away!
Then I discover the boat out there, seems like they have smooth sailing and a great evening out there...
A fine composition, the scenery is well framed!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Beautiful shining sea, silhouettes, distant boat and special light. Very well framed, great atmosphere.

Hello Jean Paul,

Excellent framing of the light. The silhouettes add to the dramatic view of this place and moment. Nice sharp image with a positive perspective. The image is calm and soothing. Very inspirational in many ways. Thanks JP.
