[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo of a Sadhu (Holy man) near one of the ancient temples in Orchha. He demanded some rupees , which I gave him, and then complained it wasn't enough.

Hi Rob,
The detail here is impressive, and I like his facial expression and hand gesture. I also like the almost muted colour tones. A great expressive portrait.

Rob: one couldn't ask for better sharpness and subdued color here with this image. I think you did some vignetting here which worked fine. It would be nice to get some of your other post-processing notes. The note is funny and typical. regards, c

Hello Rob,
I enjoy this photograph of the man very much due to its powerful colors. The Sharpness is accurately managed. Well composed altogether!
Regards, Ramy.

Hi Rob,

Great how you captured the light in the man's eyes. You can tell by the beard just how sharp this is. Great work!

Hi Rob,

A beautifull portrait, and it also gives a lesson, of how to do shots of the Holy Men, that shows their perfect identity...their self... their souls..
Perfect in image.
All the best.
I hope many of our friends do watch this shot :)

A very great portrait! His fantastic right hand is so successful as his look! Thanks Rob for this truly very good shot! Admiration x3! alain

i like the treatment, though i am not a great fan of PP. a well taken portrait, and it shows that the sadhu did like you taking his photo.
greetings from Trieste,
Arnab

a fine portrait and compostionm Rob, the details and DOF spot on, i wonder about the colours though, they seem a bit muddy.
Nice note, made me smile.........

A Sadhu has NO material interest and least in money! and looking at the photo and the smile he has not attain any spiritual hight, he is posing for the photo! Thumb and index finger are used during serious meditation in lotus position and not for photos? Rest I leave it to you.
Regards
Balwant

A subjecting glance, and a photo which is it just as much! It is magnificent, which luminosity in this face! What details!! Up to the wrinkles of these hard-working hands... Extraordinary!
