Photographer’s Note

A rickshaw puller waits in his hand pulled rickshaw for a customer in the main market street of Matheran. The earth here is red in colour and stains everything so you come back with red pants and red shoes. There is no tar road and no cars allowed here. People walk, or hire a horse or then one of these rickshaws.
Matheran is a hill station in Maharashtra not very far from Bombay.

Hi Pari,

Truly beautiful portrait which rich color. He's in Che Guevara mode. I used to tennis on gravel, I hate that red stuff. Thanks for all the critiques. Regards, Gilbert
