Nice-
Some suggestions:
1) Try using a longer exposure time - perhaps with an ND filter. This will help you capture the chaotic motion of Delhi.
2) The aspect ratio seems to be wrong - did you alter it in photoshop? The people seem to be too thin...
3)Try desaturating the picture in photoshop. Maybe change the color mode to duotone - with a bit of sepia to give a city charm. That way, the congestion and traffic will pop out.
