Photographer’s Note
This photo presents the core shrine in the Golden Temple complex.
The Golden Temple, located in Amritsar in the state of Punjab, India is the most sacred shrine of Sikhism.
The official name of the Temple is Harmandir Sahib, (Punjabi: ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ) which means literally "the Temple of God" -- from Hari: God and Mandir: temple.
Amritsar : The fourth guru, Guru Ram Das (1574-1581 AD), excavated a tank which subsequently became known as Amritsar (Pool of the Nectar of Immortality) and gave its name to the city that grew around it.

Hi Ananth
Very nice capture of this lovely Golden Temple. Good POV,compo and good colors.
The people milling about add dynamism and a sense of scale for this massive Temple. Superb clarity.
Best regards

Well tight capture of the golden shrine with very fine sharp detail of the people around, maybe some gradiant contrast coud enhance this view a bit more without loosing the details of course. A good view of the activity here, well done Anath.

Ananth,
This golden color is very eyecatcher, I like it a lot.
Your framing choices are very good, enahncing the architecture.
Regards,
JB.

A nice, clear shot of the temple. It certainly is an impressive construction - especially surrounded by the pool.
Cheers,
Dave.
