I don't like the frame but the landscape is gorgeous! The intersection of the horizontal lines in the foreground and the vanishing sweep into the valley is great. Really nice colors as well. Definitely captures that storm and sun kind of feel.

Wow, incredible light, Nara! The background of dark clouds really sets off the light dramatically. There's a lot of depth in the image, like I could just step into it (which I'd like to!) Regards, Ken.

A very nice composition, Nara with the light, shadow, mountains and dramatic clouds forming clearly identifiable layers. Something is "off" a bit with sharpness though: the mountain edges appear to be out of focus to me. But don't mind my nitpicking. This is a great landscape!

Hi Nara,
You have some beautiful landscapes, and I like this one a lot because of the contrast of the light opposed to the dark menacing clouds in the background. I find the shady area in the foreground takes a bit too much place, maybe you could crop some going for a more panoramic format that fits very well to landscapes.

Oh, my word, Nara,
what a madly dramatic shot! I love the division and balance in the shot. The darker foreground and then lighter with great shadows in the center third and that wonderful moody sky in back. You can see forever in this shot and I love the way the light catches on some of the mountain peaks far into the distance. Incredible depth and you can see details all the way to the back.
